This is a game I started at the beginning of 2018 after I had recently shattered
myself with tablets. It's unfinished, in spite of its revival as a project with better code in the 2020's. You play as an evil sideways-moving
monster head that destroys a society. It has discordant music planned.
I can't muster the effort to give you a fifths-way comprehensive list of unfinished works and their screenshots to look at, but this screenshot of this game and the ant ones will
do for a bit...
This unfinished game is a kind of outstanding one, for just one reason: everybody I show it to immediately loves it, the game has charisma. It's a randomly generated
arcade-like dungeon crawler where you try to get score and/or find the exit room, across an amount of possible seeds that numbers in the thousands. You get to set the number,
and there's meant to be a scoreboard. Come to think of it, this game, when finished, would be amazing at a Hindbodes arcade. (A dream which I will take forever to realize.)
This is what the maps on a technical level look like.
It's a good thing you are not obligated or able to enter all of a map's rooms.
Development on Anarchist Ant seemed to invisibly start fading away in favour of other projects in late 2024, after being started in 2020 and enjoying lots of attention starting from 2022. It's pretty hard and the code's a mess, but I plan to make something of Anarchist Ant once shit in my life calms down.
